Issue:

The Track SAP Parts task was considered "Unblocked" upon Request SAP Materials task completion. However, the 2nd subtask of Track SAP Parts was dependent on Recipient EC, which typically is not completed at this point in the project. Template duration for Track SAP Parts was too long. 

 

Resolution:

• Removed the "Market Approved" subtask from Track SAP Parts task

• Added the "Market Approved" subtask to the end of Request SAP Materials task

• Added Recipient EC as a dependency to the Track SAP Parts task

• Revised the Track SAP Parts to have a template default duration of 4 weeks

Automation added that generates a subtask to all tasks upon being unblocked. Purpose is to inform task owner that the task is available to begin.
